WEEK6 - POWTOON 👩‍💻

Hi peeps! I’m back again! I learned something new this week and I am excited to share it with all of you. I guess not many of us know Powtoon, isn’t it? Never mind, don’t freak out, because I’m here to briefly tell you about it. Basically, Powtoon is one of the online video creators that can create animated presentations. Everyone can create animated videos with a professional look and feel by using this tool. It allows the user to create interesting animated presentations by providing numerous templates with a lot of elements like characters, props, videos, music, and many more.

In addition, I believed that this tool may be a great help for people especially the educators and also students because through it they can create interesting presentations instead of only using PowerPoint. Animated presentations can easily grab the students’ attention and keep them interested to learn as the animation and transitions are fun and keep them engaged.

Instructional design is a systematic process of creating instructional materials, modules, or lessons. It is the combination of education, psychology, and communication in order to create effective teaching plans for students. The process of instructional design carefully considers the students’ needs so that they will be able to achieve their academic goals.
